Instructions For Use

• Shake the bottle gently before each use.
• Blow your nose gently to clear the nostrils before spraying.
• Remove the protective cap and prime the spray if using it for the first time or after several days of non-use.
• Insert the nozzle into one nostril while closing the other nostril with a finger.
• Spray once while gently inhaling through the nose, then exhale through the mouth.
• Repeat in the other nostril.
• Adults and children over 12 years: two sprays into each nostril once daily (reduce to one spray per nostril once symptoms are controlled).
